Patient Billing

For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (518) 377-1234 (Schenectady office)or (518) 348-1160 (Clifton Park office). Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

While we do not participate with insurance companies, if you have dental insurance we will process your claim at the time of service so that you are reimbursed in a prompt manner. Our staff can assist you with many insurance questions, but we advise you to have a working knowledge of your insurance contract and any annual allowances or restrictions that may apply to your treatment before the time of your appointment. Most insurance companies will respond within two to six weeks of processing your claim. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. We participate with Care Credit (a dental financing company) for those who qualify and are interested in making payments over time. CareCredit allows for interest free payments to be made over a 6 month period. Our staff will be happy to answer any specific questions you might have regarding payment.
