Insurance Information

Our practice does not participate with or accept any insurance plans. As a courtesy,  we will process your claim at the time of service so that you are reimbursed in a prompt manner if your insurance plan provides out of network benefits. Our staff can assist you with many insurance questions, but we advise you to have a working knowledge of your insurance contract and any annual allowances or restrictions that may apply to your treatment before the time of your appointment. Most insurance companies will respond within two to six weeks of processing your claim. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can help to expedite reimbursement.
